Brooklyn man wrongly arrested for beating pregnant woman, killing her unborn child files suit claiming sloppy police work

“The growing number of wrongly accused and incarcerated black men in America should be alarming, especially in a political climate where police brass are under federal investigation,” Green's lawyer Keith White said, referring to the massive NYPD corruption investigation by the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's office.

The suit names the city and NYPD Detective Kenneth Anderson of the 75th Precinct squad as defendants.

A city Law Department spokesman said Green's complaint will be reviewed.
